The perfect place to take care of your furnace and Air conditioning needs. Last year we decided to get air conditioning in our 1400 square feet home in San Mateo Ricardo and his team with mauricio taking the lead replaced our furnace and added AC to our home . The units have been working perfectly for this entire time , now to last week: We decided to replace our deck . Again Ricardo pulls through- he sends his guys and they removed the ac unit off the deck and reinstalled it after the new deck was done. I just can't say enough good things about this company. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly clean ! I totally recommend them If you need ac or furnace work , this is the place .

Our A/C stopped working on the Friday before a hot July 4 holiday weekend, but Ricardo texted me on that Sunday that he'd be out on Monday to look at it. I could tell right away that he knew what he was doing, and was surprised to learn he was the company owner! He replaced the capacitor without changing me and proposed replacement since my coolant was low and no longer available (the unit was 19yo). Even worked with me on pricing. His crew came out and did an excellent installation and cleaned up and tested everything. Couldn't be happier. Grateful for their professionalism and skill.

Ricardo and his crew did an excellent job rectifying our furnace install which was not up to code and badly installed by my previous general contractor. They did all the work for a reasonable price and specified everything that needed to be done without nickel and diming us. They are experts in what they do. We highly recommend this company.

Loved working with Bayhill. They did such an exceptional job adding brand new ducts, heat, and ac in our tight crawlspace, and did it all in under a week. Workers were punctual, highly skilled, and took care not even leaving a footprint behind! This company also does not cut any corners. Everything was done to code and above. Ricardo and his team came out promptly to diagnose the problem, quoted a price, and gave me a date for installation. That simple. Everything went so smoothly. Reached out via Yelp to multiple providers and Ricardo was the one to have direct outreach. I appreciated the initial text outreach followed by a call; good practice. Bayhill also does not charge a service fee just to come out so that was great and I scheduled a time for servicing after the weekend. Ricardo diagnosed and serviced the 30+ year old Carrier furnace which had its fan running non-stop. It was a computer board mechanical part issue that was replaced with a new board in 30 minutes. When I asked if he was certain that was the issue, as well as what happens if that wasn't the issue, he confidently explained that he was certain. I committed to trusting his expertise and he was right. The fan now turns off correctly after shutting off the heat or the temperature is reached. He's done this for a long time and was helpful with other tips for management of heating/cooling. Would use again.
